2012 UJSSA Junior Show Please note that before being eligible for a director position, a Junior member must complete a one year internship as a non-voting member of the Board. Serving on the Board of a national organization involves more effort and responsibility than most realize. Successfully working with a sitting Director for one year will prepare you for the duties required or, perhaps reveal that it is just not what you expected. The intern requirement is waved for a member who has previously served as a Director.
